If you have a scanner and are OK about preparing
images for the web, please scan your photographs at 72dpi
and submit them as .jpegs. Please adjust the image size to
520 pixels wide for landscape photos, or 400 pixels high for
upright photos. Each of these main images should be accompanied
by a thumbnail size version at 75 pixels wide.
Attach the thumbnail and main image for each subject (i.e.
one e-mail per subject), with a full caption description for
each and e-mail them. If you are in the photo, please tell
us which is you by the usual (from left to right) method.
Also tell us, if you know it, the year the photo was taken.

Most of us missed out on the computer revolution at school,
so it is understandable that you may not have the equipment,
software nor knowledge to prepare and submit photos electronically.
Therefore, we will prepare your photos for you.
It is essential that you enclose a stamped address
envelope of sufficient size and postage, for us to be able
to return these photographs to you. For any official school
photos (year, house or sport), if you cannot e-mail us first
to make sure that we do not already have it, please write
